The DNA of a Good Team

1.  CHARACTER. People either have it or they don’t.

2.  COMPENTENCY. They have to have skills. You cannot coach character but you can skills.

3.  CHEMISTRY. You have to be a likeable person to be on a church team.

4.  COOPERATIVE. Can’t have a mean person serve on a church team. Must have a spirit of agreement.

5.  COMMON GOAL. Each member must have the same focus.
