A team accelerates productivity—you can get more work done together than alone.  Team ministry will Make Your Ministry GROW. Team ministry is hard work—not easy–but it produces better fruit. 1 Cor. 12: 4-12, 28-30 Paul says when we work together as a team the Body grows—there is more ministry that happens to more people.

So, what is a Team in context of the church? = DOING MINISTRY TOGETHER!
